About Us

One IT Services is an ICT managed services provider located in Darwin, Northern Territory. We mainly service the SMB market in Darwin, Palmerston, and surrounding suburbs, and we do have clients in other states as well. We’ve been in operation now for nine years, having started with just three employees, and we have now grown to a just shy of 20.

Steven Roberts, the owner and managing director, started One IT Services in 2011 when he saw a need in the Darwin market for a reliable IT provider who could deliver enterprise-level solutions to small and medium businesses. Kicking off with just a few clients, One IT Services grew by word of mouth and reputation which lead to us taking on much larger clients and more complex IT environments.

Over time, One IT Services has hired more engineers, support staff, and now we even have dedicated pre and post sales staff. One IT Services now supports professional service businesses in the accounting and law fields, as well as a range of businesses in the plumbing, electrical, mechanical services, hospitality, investment, retail, mining and wholesale industries. We also support many Not for Profit businesses as well as academic organisations who rely on our specialist advice and know-how to lead their IT strategies.
